ORDERS

Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at unknowngroundco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the order is sent to production.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You'll receive a confirmation email after your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet entered production. Contact us immediately at unknowngroundco@gmail.com with your order number.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. All Unknown Ground products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Available destinations and rates will be shown at checkout.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at unknowngroundco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, we will replace or refund it. Contact us at unknowngroundco@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, contact us at unknowngroundco@gmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

SIZING

How do Unknown Ground products fit?

Fit varies by product and style. Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering, as all products are made to order and exchanges may be limited.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size chart available on each product page. When in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. If you have specific questions about a product's fit, contact us before ordering.

What are your products made from?

Product materials and specifications are listed on each individual product page. All Unknown Ground apparel is printed on demand through our production partner.

Will products be restocked?

Because our products are made to order, most items are available on an ongoing basis. Limited drops may sell out and not be restocked. Follow us on social media for updates on new releases.

PRINTING

How are Unknown Ground products printed?

Our apparel is produced using direct-to-garment (DTG) or direct-to-film (DTF) printing, depending on the product. Print specifications are managed through our production partner.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We aim for accurate product photography, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the specific garment. If you have concerns about a specific product, contact us before ordering.
